Separation Music Album by Fatemeh Faridizadeh was created in 2014, following the passing of the legendary Mohammad-Reza Lotfi. The album was born out of deep sorrow and reverence, with melodies composed first, and then lyrics written to match the mood and melodies. This approach, which is less common in contemporary Iranian classical music, requires the poet or lyricist to have a deep understanding of both literature and music to blend the two elements effectively. One of the advantages of this method is the composer's freedom in developing melodies. The album features modal shifts, with the dominant mode being the ancient Bayat Isfahan, inspired by Lotfi's prelude to Bayat Isfahan in his album "Parvaz-e Eshq."
