The terms of returning the goods purchased on the ShopiPersia website are very easy. We will always try to keep our customers satisfied. You can send the purchased goods back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions, or request a refund. In ShopiPersia, most of our products are new and in their original packaging. However, defects or problems may occur due to manufacturing or logistics errors and we will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Second-hand products such as carpets, their condition are mentioned in the product description. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, ShopiPersia will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, including all accessories/manuals of the said product.

How to request a return or a refund

  • Please contact ShopiPersia support experts before taking any action. You can communicate with us 24 hours a day through chat or email. There is no need to make a phone call in this case, because we need to register your request so that we can deal with it as soon as possible. Please send us your full details and order number for faster follow-up along with a photo of the received product.
  • Do not return the goods without coordinating with the support team of ShopiPersia and registering the request. Once contacted we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. Some goods do not need to be returned, and if there is a technical defect or damage during transportation, your payment will be returned. Very easy and convenient. We will refund your amount without the need to return such goods or charge your account in ShopiPersia.
  • To return the product, the product must be well packed in its original box or carton, and accessories and all accompanying items such as cables, remotes, batteries, manuals, warranty cards, insurance cards, straps and packaging parts must be sent along with the original product. If this item is not followed and the goods are damaged during the return, the buyer is responsible for the damage of the goods. Also, if the product is returned incomplete, the cost of the product will not be returned to the customer.
  • Electronics, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, jewelry, underwear, and any item that says non-returnable on its page are non-returnable. Please note, such goods cannot be returned in any way.
  • If the product is not to your liking or you regret buying the product, you can return it to us, but in this case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.

Cancellation Period / Timeframe

If you have registered an order on the ShopiPersia website, but you want to cancel your order before Shipping, just contact us to cancel your order. In this case, your payment will be returned to you in full. The return fee will include a 2% bank fee that will be deducted by the bank.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense. In this Case, We will refund you in full and pay you the return cost.

How to return the goods !?

To get the return address, please contact ShopiPersia support. We have offices in a number of countries, so you do not need to return the product to the address listed on the package you received. If the return of the goods is approved by us, we will pay you the shipping cost. You must send the receipt of the cost of returning the goods to our email “[email protected]” or via chat so that it will be paid to you after receiving the goods.

Conditions of non-delivery of goods

If the goods cannot be delivered to the buyer by the post office or other postal companies, due to reasons such as the incorrect postal address, the absence of the buyer at the address, or the failure to submit a customs declaration, if the goods are returned to our address, We will return the cost of the product to the buyer after deducting the shipping cost. If the goods are seized at the customs of the destination country and not returned, the cost will not be refunded. If the buyer requests to reship the product, the cost of reshipping it will be borne by the buyer.

In ShopiPersia, we ship all over the world and all countries. Shipping is free to all European countries, England, and many countries in the Middle East and East Asia. A limited number of countries have a shipping fee that mentioned on the Checkout page.
The customer may be taxed due to the fact that they are ordering a product outside of their country.
