"The Trojan women" is a play by Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1805), a French writer and philosopher based on an interpretation of the tragic work of Euripides, a writer of ancient Greece. In part of the book's introduction, we read: "The tragic play, which is staged in an artificial and equally violent manner, is first and foremost a ceremony whose purpose is to definitely impress the viewer, not to provoke him." Horror is great in it, and hardness is glorious.
