"Estambuli" is a book penned by Mansour Zabetian. In regards to his book, the author wrote: "I owed a book to Istanbul. Istanbul was the first city that acquainted me with a world beyond my own land and engaged me in a conversation that has culminated in my present life, which is imbued with the essence of travel. Istanbul called out to me at the age of twenty-seven and showed me that the world is a different place. I detailed the narrative of that first journey in the book 'Mark va Polo,' and I do not wish to repeat that tale again. From those years until this journey, I have traveled to Istanbul countless times, but my journey has never been long enough or leisurely enough to allow me to write a book about it. About a city that I believe Iranians, more than any other city, visit beyond their borders.
