Teghar “Kashk Sab”
One of the reasons that traditional and natural dried curd with its stone-like appearance could not find a place for itself in the city and city life is the lack of suitable tools for grinding it. In the past, there were two main ways to grind curd: one is to grind curd in a Clay Teghar and by hand, and the second is to grind curd with a saw made of walnut wood without the need to touch the curd. Wooden Kashk Sab is more common in Bakhtiari and nomadic areas and its local name is Serko.
