The book presents a collection of information related to Naser al-Din Shah's seven journeys to Qom, which are divided into seven sections, each titled according to the respective journey: the first journey, the second journey, and so on. At the beginning of each section, there is an introduction specific to that journey, followed by the relevant information. The author was unable to obtain firsthand accounts or autographs of Naser al-Din Shah for the first three journeys, so the reports and memoirs of others are relied upon. However, the subsequent journeys include not only the accounts and memories of others but also personal recollections of Naser al-Din Shah himself. It is noteworthy that the memoirs of the fourth journey were also penned by Naser al-Din Shah himself.
