The Twenty-Five Professions of Masha Filipenko Book by Eduard Uspensky (Farsi)

Description

The Twenty-Five Professions of Masha Filipenko by Eduard Uspensky begins with an unusual school assignment given to a class of third graders: to write an essay about what they would do if they were members of the city council. Masha, an underachieving student who normally shows little interest in school, surprises everyone by writing one of the best essays. Her ideas earn her an invitation to work with the city’s improvement department, where she begins trying out a variety of jobs while helping solve everyday problems. Through humor, creativity, and a childlike perspective, Uspensky crafts an engaging and imaginative story about responsibility, confidence, and discovering hidden talents in unexpected ways.
