Siyasatnama or Siyar al-Muluk is a book in Persian on the rites of rule, statehood, ethics and politics of the previous kings, written by Khajeh Nizam al-Mulk Tusi. The book Siyasatnama is one of the important works of Persian prose in the fifth century AH. The writing style of the Siyar al-Muluk is simple, clear and free of artificiality, and it is considered one of the masterpieces of Persian language. Nizam al-Mulk al-Tusi, was the powerful minister of two of the great kings of the Seljuk period, Alp Arsalan and the first king in Iran. He was the most powerful minister in the Seljuk dynasty and the Seljuks also reached the peak of power during his time. He marks 29 years of domestic and foreign policy.
