Homayoun Shajarian (born May 20, 1975) is a musician, singer of Iranian traditional music and fusion music, composer and tonbak and Kamancheh player. He is the son of Mohammad Reza Shajarian. He was born on May 20, 1975 in Tehran to a family of musicians. He is the son of Mohammad Reza Shajarian. From 1370, he accompanied Mohammad Reza Shajarian in concerts in the United States, Europe and Iran (with tonbak) and from 1378 onwards, he sang with his father on the concert stage. The first work with his presence is called Yad Ayam, in which Homayoun played the drums. Homayoun Shajarian has performed many concerts with well-known figures of Iranian music and has released many works with them in Iran and the world, including the concert albums “You Can’t Live Without You” and “Scream”. Both albums were nominated for Grammy Awards in 2003 and 2005.
