Andromeda Variable Voltage Transformer Adapter – 3V to 12V -Duty Linear Power Supply

Description

The Andromeda Variable Voltage Adapter is a heavy-duty transformer-based power supply designed for users who require precise, low-noise, and stable DC voltage output across a wide range of applications. Unlike switching power supplies that can generate high-frequency electrical noise and voltage ripple, this linear (transformer) adapter offers exceptionally clean output, making it an ideal choice for sensitive analog equipment, audio devices, and bench testing where power quality matters. This adapter provides adjustable DC output voltages in the following fixed steps: 3V, 4.5V, 6V, 7.5V, 9V, and 12V, each accessible via a manual selector. It is capable of delivering up to 1.5A at lower voltages (with a maximum output power of 20 watts), and features current-specific limits at each voltage level to ensure safe operation and prevent voltage drops beyond recommended load levels.
