ShopiPersia Seller Policy

This Seller Policy governs the relationship between ShopiPersia (“we“, “us“, or “ShopiPersia“) and individuals or entities who list, sell, or offer goods and services through the ShopiPersia platform (“Seller” or “you“). By creating a seller account or listing items on ShopiPersia, you agree to comply with this Policy and all related terms in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Who May Sell

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate identity, contact, and payment information and keep it current.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws (including import/export, tax, and sanctions laws).

2. Seller Responsibilities

• List items with honest and accurate titles, descriptions, and photos.
• Fulfill orders on time and provide accurate shipping and tracking information.
• Honor your stated refund and cancellation policies.
• Keep inventory updated and respond to buyers promptly.

3. Prohibited Items and Activities

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Pricing, Fees, and Payments

By listing items, you accept ShopiPersia’s fee and payout structure. Payments may be withheld in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or compliance issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Ship items within the promised time frame and provide valid tracking.
• Comply with all customs, export, and import regulations.
• Notify buyers promptly in case of delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Clearly state your return policy. Refunds must be processed promptly when a return or cancellation is approved. ShopiPersia may issue refunds directly to buyers in dispute cases.

7. Account Suspension

ShopiPersia may suspend or terminate a Seller account for violations of this policy, fraudulent activity, or listing prohibited items.

8. Governing Law

This Policy follows the same governing law and dispute terms as our Terms of Service.
