Dizi Pots

Cook Abgoosht the authentic way with our Dizi Pots — handcrafted clay or stoneware pots designed specifically for the slow-simmered, flavor-rich Persian stew. Each pot’s thermal mass promotes even, steady heat distribution that allows meats and legumes to tenderize gently while aromatics meld into deep, comforting flavor. Pots are offered in traditional sizes with fitted lids to trap steam and make serving simple; durable glazes and craftsmanship ensure longevity for frequent use. Ideal for cooks exploring Persian cuisine, small restaurants, and cultural kitchens, our Dizi pots come with usage and cleaning recommendations and can be bundled with recipes for best results. Order yours today to reconnect with time-honored preparation methods and enjoy the warm, communal satisfaction of a true Abgoosht meal.
