Stephen Hillenburg

Stephen McDannell Hillenburg was an American animator, writer, producer, director, and marine science educator. He is known for creating the animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. In 1989, Hillenberg wrote a satirical book called The Tidal Zone. This book was about sea creatures that lived on a rock by the sea, and the main character of the story was a sponge. Hillenberg initially drew the sponge to resemble natural sponges. But then he decided to change its shape to a square to make it look funny. After making the changes he started to design the environment and characters of this collection and this is how the fantastic series of SpongeBob SquarePants is formed. He won two Emmy Awards and six Annie Awards for SpongeBob SquarePants. We have collected his comic books in ShopiPersia.
